CAROLINE'S PROMISE Total integration of the FIVE PROMISES into a young person's life offers real hope. By working together, we can give our young people the resources to succeed in life.
The Caroline's Promise is largely supported by the Caroline County Board of Supervisors and by generous donations from local businesses and churches.
